We use local, organic, sustainable sources and ingredients whenever possible. All of our goods are handmade in our Gardiner, ME kitchen, with intention, love, and an abiding sense of humor. Availability of any and all items will change based on supply and demand. New items will be added as opportunity and supply allows. We are happy to consider all requests and recommendations.
Because we are primarily a Community Supported Bakery, our in store offerings are limited and very much tied to the CSB schedule. That said, we do offer plenty of bread in-store for purchase by the public. Below is our current schedule of in-store offerings. Check out our Bakery Menu for details on the specific types of breads we make and sign up for our weekly newsletter to get the latest updates and this week's special in-store offerings.
